Getting your files to and from SHOWTIME

There are several ways to deliver files to and from SHOWTIME. Find the way that's right for you, then follow the instructions below. Please read through all of the steps before beginning the process. Feel free to print this page out for reference.

Sending Files using an ftp client like Fetch or Transmit.

Connect as a user to "ftp://68.99.68.100"
Username: ftpuser
password: password

Drop your files into the "Incoming" folder.

Once the file has been uploaded, call SHOWTIMES Customer Service at 405-270-0060 to start the job.

Sending Files using a web browser.

Connect to http://68.99.68.100:8000/
username: ftpuser
password: password

Use the browse button to browse for the file(s) to upload.

Once the file(s) has neen selected click begin upload button.

Once the file(s) has been uploaded, call SHOWTIMES Customer Service at 405-270-0060 to start the job.

We do not recommend e-mailing your file to SHOWTIME, as email is typically not as reliable as other methods. If, however, e-mail is your preference, you can send your files as attachments to graphics@showtimegraphics.com. Once the file has been delivered, call SHOWTIME'S Customer Service at 405-270-0060 to start the job.
